Targeted Item Banks
Drawing from its industry-leading inventory of over 250,000 unique formative assessment items, CORE K12 offers targeted item banks. These are subject and grade-defined sets of assessment items that can be used with almost any formative assessment platform. Item banks are available in three optional formats:
- WORD
- QTI
These items are not low-quality, marginally-aligned, nor “dumped” items as we’ve seen from other publishers. Instead, every item is developed by CORE K12 content specialists using our proprietary assurance process and are aligned directly to the skill, cognitive, and difficulty levels stipulated in your state standards. We also include meta-data like Bloom and Webb levels, state standards, p-values, readability measures, as well as accompanying answer choice rationales.
